Dr. Chidiogo Okonkwo, an indigene of Enugu State, has been conferred with an Honorary Doctorate (Honoris Causa) by the Chartered Institute of Leadership and Management of Maryland (CILMMD), USA, in recognition of her exemplary dedication to leadership, service, and community development.
