The launch took place at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, with Vice President Kashim Shettima representing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu. According to the Senior Special Assistant to the President on Media and Communications, Office of the Vice President, Stanley Nkwocha, the programme’s pilot phase, implemented across six states, has already benefited over one million women.
